10am: Morning walk / run through the Mengia & Mosopisiek Community including visit to Kapchelal training hill

2pm: Explore Mukuuso, the largest cave on Mount Elgon followed by a bamboo basket weaving activity with Mosopisiek women
5pm: Departure back to Home of Friends (one-hour drive)
